Well done to Rob and Jeff on completing this benchmark route! A Dream of White Horse, HVS 4c.
The rest of use tried to make the best of the iffy conditions, with a flying visit to Castle Inn Quarry en route, excursions to Holyhead Mountain and The Range, various exploits in Snowdonia including Lockwood’s Chimney in the wet, and Penmaen Head on the way home.
